Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our agency. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage prospective clients, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall expansion of our client base.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research and identify potential clients and target markets aligned with our agency's services and values.
Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
Present and articulate our agency's value proposition, services, and capabilities to potential clients.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns to generate new business.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
About You:
Previous experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the creative or experiential marketing industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing sales deals.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the creative industry, event marketing, and experiential design is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
