Job Summary 

The Installer is friendly and helpful in all that they do. Oftentimes they are the first face the client sees on event day and the last impression they have of Pointe Agency. They work cohesively with other team members to efficiently, quickly, and safely deliver and strike equipment in the field. They are detail oriented and quality champions. This person must be thoughtful about their daily tasks and anticipate the needs of our customers and the team at Pointe Agency, while always maintaining the integrity of the company and brand.

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading structures and props from trucks

• Building and disassembling sets including backdrops props and other equipment

• Testing that equipment to ensure it is in working order before packing trucks

• Assisting the Production Manager with the setup of furniture and decor

• Work efficiently to ensure the event is set and ready within a designated time frame

• Acts upon all comments/ complaints in a prompt and friendly manner

Requirements:

• Must know how to work basic power tools including drills and drivers 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• At least one year of experience working onsite for events

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to problem solve quickly, troubleshoot, and work under pressure

• Professional demeanor and appearance

• Able to relate to a diverse group of people

• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Attention to detail

Physical Abilities:

• Must have the physical capacity to walk and stand continuously during long shifts

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

The position requires commitment and adherence to the brand standards demonstrated by Pointe Agency.
