Our clients trust us to bring their brand story to life by creatively and effectively connecting the audience with the brand on a cultural, emotional and physical level.

Position Summary 

We are seeking an experienced, creative and motivated Marketing Manager with winning execution which drives consumer value and energizes our brand. We are building a brand which engages, WOWs and educates while making an impact. We want to amplify these extraordinary narratives through effective multi-channel marketing.



Responsibilities:

  • Performing business analysis to strengthen the brand's integrated marketing efforts

  • Developing and implementing marketing plans that contribute to brand volume and profit 

  • Participating in the development of effective advertising copy, media plans, and integrated marketing campaigns

  • Marketing Content: Assist in the development and editing of marketing content including, blog, social posts, videos, templates, and other program materials. 

  • Marketing List Development: Conduct online research to help build complete, accurate contact lists for marketing and sales. Maintain list imports and ensure accurate synchronization between databases.

  •  Digital and Social Media: Support the execution and optimization of outreach programs to engage current and prospective customers leveraging LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and youtube.

  • Website: Ongoing updates to website content, ensuring timely and accurate promotion of marketing assets.

  • Reporting: Lead weekly and monthly marketing program reporting and metrics (events, campaigns, Google analytics, Google adwords etc.).

  • Additional Marketing Program Support: Assist in executing demand generation campaigns, public relations programs, PowerPoint presentation development, research, community action, and other marketing activities. Requirements


About You:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience

  • Strong multi-channel marketing skills – email, digital, social media, advertising

  • Strong skills in multitasking, communications, negotiation, organization, and teamwork

  • Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative

  • Strong strategic selling skills

  • Self-directed and able to manage multiple projects under aggressive timelines and expectations

  • Proficient in delivering content via social media tools, including Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest.

  • Working knowledge with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator huge plus!

  • Demonstrates true interest in our clients, the company and our partners

  • Dedicated and committed to top quality service and the best possible client experience

  • Must have access to laptop with all necessary programs

  • Squarespace, Mailchimp, G Suite & MS Office proficient

  • Knowledge of photoshop, graphic design and/or photography/ videography is a huge asset

The position requires commitment and adherence to the brand standards demonstrated by Pointe Agency.

Job Type: Part-time, Contract to hire

Comp.: $30/ hour DOE

Work Location: Remote
