Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, people person to join our team as a Client Coordinator. This position is designed to support the Studio Manager and the CEO with project management, sales and customer service duties, as well as involvement in some day-to-day operations of the business. This is an entry to mid-level position with potential for advancement.
In this position, you should be well-organized and possess a sound knowledge of project management processes and sales. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are vital in this role.
This role will include the following components:
Customer Relations:
Manage/ Maintain & build client relationships
Manage client follow-up
Review and answer incoming emails, phone calls, and sales related inquiries
Lead communication between agency and clients
Project Management:
Maintain budgets and timelines
Manage/ Maintain & build vendor relationships
Negotiate vendor contracts
Manage calendar and files
Some event management
Sales:
Run sales reports and assist with providing analysis to management team
Source and pitch partnership and sales opportunities to management team
About YOU:
1+ year of project management experience
2+ years of sales experience
Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Perfect Grammar)
Demonstrates true interest in our clients, the company and our partners
Dedicated and committed to top quality service and the best possible client experience
Ability to meet expected deadlines and work in a high-pressure environment
Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
G Suite & MS Office proficient
Bonus: Knowledge of photoshop, graphic design and/or marketing skills are a huge asset

Job Type: contract, part-time, 20+ hrs per week
Comp.: $25/ hour DOE
Work Location: Remote/ On-site, Oakland/ Bay Area
