Established April 2017 in Oakland, Ca, Pointe Agency LLC has had the honor of creating experiences for some of the world’s most notable household names including; Facebook, Airbnb, Walmart, Lyft, Redbull and Comcast. Our clients trust us to bring their brand story to life by creatively and effectively connecting the audience with the brand on a cultural, emotional and physical level.

Position Summary 

We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing business. This position is designed to support the CEO with customer service, project management and marketing needs. This is an entry to mid-level position.

In this position, you should be well-organized, with excellent communication and attention to detail skills.

This role will include the following components:

Administrative.

  • Client Coordination; corresponding with clients and partners, data entry, invoicing

  • Calendar and schedule management

  • Bookkeeping; categorizing expenses, organization

  • G- Drive Management; organization

  • Assisting CEO with business operations

Marketing.

  • Social Media Management; Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest

  • Content Creation

  • Website maintenance

Additional Comments.

  • Duties may change/ adjust according to availability and resources


About YOU:

  • 2+ year of administrative experience

  • 1+ years of customer experience experience

  • Excellent decision making skills

  • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Perfect Grammar)

  • Demonstrates true interest in our clients, the company and our partners

  • Dedicated and committed to top quality service and the best possible client experience

  • Ability to meet expected deadlines and work in a high-pressure environment

  • Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships

  • Ability to manage projects independently

  • G Suite & MS Office proficient

  • Bonus: Knowledge of canva, photoshop, graphic design and/or marketing skills are a huge asset

The position requires commitment and adherence to the brand standards demonstrated by Pointe Agency.

Job Type: contract, part-time, 20+ hrs per week
