Position Summary
We are searching for experienced, talented and motivated On-call Production Managers.
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, people person to join our team. This position is designed to support the CEO with project management, sales and customer service duties. This is an entry to mid-level position with potential for full-time employment.
In this position, you should be well-organized and possess a sound knowledge of event management processes and sales. Excellent communication and attention to detail skills are vital in this role.
This role will include the following components:
Relations:
Manage/ Maintain & build client relationships
Lead communication between agency and clients
Vendor sourcing and management
Project Management:
Maintain budgets and timelines
Negotiate vendor contracts
Manage calendar and files
On-site event management
Sales:
Source and pitch partnership and sales opportunities to management team
About YOU:
3+ year of event management experience
2+ years of sales experience
Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Perfect Grammar)
Demonstrates true interest in our clients, the company and our partners
Dedicated and committed to top quality service and the best possible client experience
Ability to meet expected deadlines and work in a high-pressure environment
Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Ability to travel within the Oakland/Bay Area area via own transportation
G Suite & MS Office proficient
Bonus: Knowledge of photoshop, graphic design and/or marketing skills are a huge asset
